Private Reserve of Natural Heritage (RPPN in Portuguese), created in 2019, is a commitment made for all and forever.

Private Reserve of Natural Heritage is a private protection area, created voluntarily by the owners, with perpetual character. That is, even if the territory is sold, the preservation of nature on site remains protected by the law for future generations.

It has an area of 19,8847ha of secondary vegetation of Submontane Mixed Ombrophilous Forest within the Mata Atlântica domain. It is currently part of the Mosaico Bocaina, along with other properties forming an ecological hall with 485 hectares of protected area, located in the buffer zone of the Serra da Bocaina National Park – a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
