Booking Policy

Reservation Guaranteed by partial (50%) or full payment (at the time of booking) via bank deposit in account provided by the Inn, it is essential to send the deposit slip by email within 24 hours. After this deadline, without this confirmation, the pre-booking will be automatically canceled.

Early departure on any booking and season, in case of early departure at guest’s option, the full amount of the contracted period will be charged and no refunds will be given and no credit will be granted.

If you choose to stop using any service or product included in your room rate or package, you are no longer entitled to discounts or refunds.

Method of payment – via Brazilian bank deposit or credit and debit cards.

Horary – Check in from 14h until 22h. Arrivals after this time, advance notice or will be considered no-show.

No-Show, It is considered a No-Show when the guest don’t come to the Inn, without prior notice or contact until 22h on the day of commencement of the agreed daily rates, when then the reservation will be canceled with full loss of what has been paid, and the chalet will be available for new bookings. 

Check out by midday, regardless of the guest’s check-in time.

Late check out – availability must be checked in advance and an additional charge will be charged for overtime.

Breakfast from 8:30AM to 11AM.

Payment methodo –  The remainder of the daily payment will be made upon check-in time. And other expenses will be paid at check out time.

Cancellation policy and date changes

The booking is a compromise between the parties: its disruption by one party implies reimbursement to the other.

All booking, amendment, confirmation and cancellation agreements must be formalized through messaging freeware or by email –


If you need to change or cancel it, the amount deposited will be converted into a credit for future accommodation (to be used no later than 90 days after the date of cancellation, subject to change in amounts and availability), under the same conditions, as detailed below.

Up to 7 days before the check-in date, the guest will have the full credit paid (in accommodation), provided that a new date must be chosen upon cancellation.

Up to 5 days before the date of check-in, the guest will be entitled to a credit (in accommodation) corresponding to 50% of the amount paid.

Less than 5 days from check-in date, full loss of paid signal will be considered.

Extended holiday or high season the minimum cancellation deadline will be 10 days for full credit (in accommodation) and 7 days for 50% credit (in accommodation) of the amount paid. With less than 7 days will no longer have credit in accommodation and will not be refunded the down payment.

The high season is from May 1st to October 31st (except Holiday Packages).


Due to the conceptual proposal of our Inn, we only accept guests over 18 years old..

The Inn is on a steep terrain, unsuitable for seniors and people with limited mobility in this type of topography..

WiFi internet only at our headquarters.

Cell phone signal does not exist in the Inn.

We serve only by booking and prior appointment with the Inn.
